Woof! Woof!
The dogs are talking to each other. They are Tootsie and Wootsie. The one with the scarf is Tootsie.
What do dogs talk to each other about?
They have red tongues. But dogs don’t mention that to each other.
They’re in their families’ cars. Wootsie is Tootsie’s father. Their families are all one family.
They’re on their way home. Their owners took them out for a walk, and they’re coming back from the walk. Wootsie says, “What do you think that I saw?” And Tootsie says, “If I knew, I would tell you.” At the park, they saw some more dogs. Do dogs think about anything other than other dogs?
Wootsie said, “I wonder what I’m going to get for supper.” I wonder whether dogs really wonder about that.
They have a picture in their minds of the bones they’ll get to eat. They got tired of eating the same bone.
Then they went different ways and said good-bye to each other.
