PERCIFIL AND MABEL
I think she might be the first woman pilot.
It is hard to say the year, but going by the plane it was 1925.
I wouldn't want to fly in that plane today!
Looks like a crowd of people are behind her.
Or maybe balls behind her.
Or maybe BALD people.
A Lot of old people who lost their hair!
Or a lot of young ones too young to grow hair!
Her name is Mabel and she is dressed for it.
She must know a little bit about flying, but they really didn't know much back then.
She has her whole body protected in case she might just fall off of it.
She might just fly off the airplane - but maybe she has a parachute.
She looks like she's just looking at the photographer.
She's just posing! She's not going anywhere.
She says "Do I know how to fly this? NO! I think I'm going home!"
Right after this, she's going home to her husband and asking him to buy her a plane.
What's his name?
Well it's like this.
If he says "Yes, you can buy a plane" then his name is "Dumbbell."
If he says "No, are you crazy to want a plane?" then his name is "Mike".
Mabel doesn't have any kids because if she did she wouldn't be trying to fly a plane.
The photographer wants to make a name for himself by taking a picture of the 1st woman pilot.
His name is Percifil. Percifil the Photographer. A distinguished name for a distinguished photographer.
In the end she gets mad at her husband and runs off with the photographer. Percifil the Photographer and Mabel.
Her name becomes Mrs. Percifil.
(Hey, no making fun of Percifil. There's plenty of them and we call them Percy!).
