“He’s sick like me,” says Maria B. He doesn’t feel well. She thinks somebody has punched him in the neck and he’s feeling sore. Elsie thinks he’s perspiring in the hot weather and eating chips!
He’s just sitting at home. He’s holding his neck and looking to the side. If a bar is open, he could go and have a lemonade. It would cool him down. It’s cool in the club or in a pub. In the club, he would have to take his hat off. On the wall, there’s a sign with whole wheat and a bowl of strawberries with rice bubbles!
He feels tired and in pain. He’s a bit old-fashioned because he’s wearing braces. He’s sweating and that’s why he’s wiping his neck with a towel, and the sweat is coming down the front of him too.
His name is George! We don’t know if it’s wintertime or summertime. Nick thinks it could be winter. In the club the food can be good or bad. George might have a beer or just cold water.
If he’s a protective kind of person, he’ll have a family. He has a wife and children, a daughter, but he’s very sick. He has a big belly and eats too much. He’s so sick, poor thing, he’s forgotten about his family, but his family knows where he is! He’ll get home on the club bus. When he gets home he’ll more than likely go to bed and sleep it off!
“Georgie Porgie kissed the girls and made them cry.”
That’s why someone punched George, because he was very cheeky! Poor Georgie. We think George had more than one drink at the club. Maria B. said she was the one who gave George a smack!
