Boy in Bed
Stan says: “It looks a bit like me”!
He’s sitting up in bed reading. He’s a beautiful baby. He’s praying; he’s pure Christian. “Please, God, protect everyone from bad luck.”
His name is Chris because he is pure Christian. Maria B. would love to have him in her home. He’s medium size. He is in bed in his house. Elsie thinks it is evening and he’s been put to bed, but he’s not quite ready to sleep. Having children, she knows that kids don’t always want to go to sleep when their mothers want them to!
This boy stays with his small family. He is red-headed, so we think they are all red-headed too—gingers!
He has four pillows—he’s lucky. He is watching with one eye, then watching with the other eye. He is looking for Mum. There’s a bag at the end of the bed, the doctor has been. There is also a toy on the bed—it looks like Lego. He has been playing with the toy.
He has a glass of milk next to him. The adults have perhaps gone off to work. He has had something to eat as well, and he’s also been reading. He is a busy boy! Instead of sleeping, he’s playing with toys—see the puppy dog next to the bed, and there’s a picture of an animal on the wall. There might be a family pet, maybe a cat—another ginger! It is a ginger cat and the name is Vasili. The cat has to get out sometimes.
Chris is looking for Mum. He is feeling happy. He is going to relax, but he will not fall asleep right away. Mum will come in soon and check up on him and say: “NO MORE NOW!”
