BIG City Drama!

It looks like a big city!
There’s nothing green,
Down in the center of the city.
The ladybugs look big and famous!
Why are they there? Protection, maybe?
They’re so huge, they have to go somewhere!
It looks like they’re crawling on a building,
Or perhaps a football stadium!
The ladybugs look like they are ready to fly away!
They also love to play music, especially Polka!
We’ll call them “The Polka Beetles”!
They love to play the song, “Roll Out the Barrel, of Beetles!”
They enjoy playing both hard and soft music.
The two ladybugs are following the larger one,
Maybe they’re looking for food?
They really enjoy strawberries, but what do they expect to find
On the side of a building?!
It’s just another stunt they’re putting on!
We hear their stomachs growling!
They mean business!
Between their loud music and stomachs growling,
Don’t forget your earplugs when you see them
Playing their instruments in the street!
They like to play in public for money,
And hope people will be generous!
They need to all be together when they play,
Or forget it!
The reflections in the windows look like water.
If they sense danger, the ladybugs make a big, shrill
Whistling sound!
It doesn’t look like there are any seats
In the stadium.
Time for them to start another show!
